A relocation chart (also called a relocated natal chart or relocation astrology chart) is a powerful astrological technique that shows how your birth chart energy shifts when you move to a different location. Unlike astrocartography which shows planetary lines on a map, a relocation chart recalculates your entire birth chart for a new location, revealing exactly how each planet moves between houses.
When you relocate, your birth time remains the same, but the local sidereal time changes based on the new longitude. This shifts the house cusps (including your Ascendant and Midheaven), causing planets to move into different houses.
