By using AstroChart, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

AstroChart provides astrocartography calculations and interpretations based on astrological principles. Our service includes free and premium features.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on AstroChart, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AstroChart and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each billing period, charged to your saved payment method, until you cancel. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your dashboard; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you are charged for a subscription or renewal you did not want, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund. Free plan access may include advertising, while active Pro subscriptions are ad-free.

One-Time Purchases

The Decision Report, the Year Ahead Reading and the Soulmate Drawing can be bought on their own, without a subscription. Each is created for you as soon as you pay and is yours to keep. Before paying, you ask for it to be delivered right away and confirm that you understand it cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been created; where the law gives you a period to withdraw from a purchase, you give up that right once delivery begins. We refund in full if it fails to generate or cannot be opened, if you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or if an error on our side makes it unusable. If you entered a wrong birth detail or city, you can correct it and redo a Decision Report once within 24 hours, or a Year Ahead Reading within 7 days, at no cost. To ask for a refund, write to support@astrochart.co from the email address you paid with.

Limitation of Liability

AstroChart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
