How do I cancel Pro, and what happens next?

Open Subscription & billing in your dashboard and choose Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you change your mind before then, turn auto-renew back on from the same page.

Will I lose my saved charts if I cancel?

No. Your saved charts and any reports you bought stay in your account. The free plan lets you save up to 3 charts, 3 relocation charts and 3 synastry charts, so you would only need Pro again to save more than that.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Only the price. Monthly is $15 a month. Yearly is $120 a year, which works out to $10 a month, a third less. Both renew automatically until you cancel.

Do I need a subscription to buy a report?

No. The Decision Report ($39), the Year Ahead Reading ($14.99) and the Soulmate Drawing ($4.99 per drawing) are one-time payments with no subscription. If you have Pro, one Year Ahead Reading every subscription year and three soulmate drawings a month are already included.

If a subscription or renewal charge went through that you didn't want, write to us within 7 days and we'll refund it in full. Reports can't be refunded once they have been created, unless one fails to generate, you were charged twice, or an error on our side makes it unusable. If you typed a birth detail or city wrong, you can redo a Decision Report once within 24 hours, or a Year Ahead Reading within 7 days, at no cost. Write to support@astrochart.co from the email address you paid with.

Does Pro start as soon as I pay?

Yes. Pro switches on as soon as your payment goes through, and everything it includes is unlocked on your account right away.
